We begin with a personalized consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and event details. This helps us understand your style and ensures we’re aligned from the start.

Custom design and logistics proposal

Our team crafts a custom design proposal outlining the decor concepts and logistics for your event, including key pieces, color schemes, layout ideas, and any unique installations.

Final concept, order and logistics review

30 days before your event, we review and confirm all details of the proposal together, ensuring logistics, quantities and decor selections align with your expectations before moving forward.

Seamless delivery, set up and tear down

On the event day, our team handles delivery and setup to ensure your decor is displayed flawlessly, followed by efficient teardown after the event.

Do you have a catalogue?

No, since our inventory is always evolving and we source from various vendors. During our consult, we’ll discuss your needs and specific requests to align with your vision.

What are your prices / minimum order?

We don’t have standard starting rates as budgets and costs vary with each event's specific design and needs. We do use set rates for individual items.

Ideally as soon as you pick your venue and have an rough guest count. From there, we can work together to determine the style and quantities of what you'll need.

Can we supply some of our own decor?

Yes, you can use your own decor, and we can set it up and tear it down for a labour fee. However, events at the NAC must exclusively source through us.
